I love these guitars!
In case they don`t have a name
they are called "Teisco" on Ebay.
Most of them are unplayable, but they are beautiful and original because they were built before the Japanese started to build exact copies of American guitars.
They all have smaller bodies than American guitars, very often very thin ones made of playwood but with beautiful veneers on top and on the back
and nice 3-tone "German" sunburst
(the German flag is black, red, yellow ... Germans say that the yellow is gold,
but that`s something only Germans can
see).
These Japanese beauties always have real fat necks, often made from beautiful woods.
I think they could be easily transormed into something that works pretty well.
...if you replace pretty much everything else...
